This Japanese-style notebook is made by using a traditional stab binding technique.
Front cover of a black card stock, embroidered with lizards, in grey cotton threads.
Tinted inside the embroidery with colored pencils.
The embroidery project is based on M.C. Escher's wood engraving "Lizards".
On the inner side, the cover is finely lined for smooth writing.
Bound with black jad string.
Contains approx. 50 sheets of white european paper (100 pages front and back).
Dimensions approx. 21cm x 15cm / 8.3 x 5.8 inches (A5).
