This rustic wall decor is made of hair cap moss. Use it as a wall decor, door swag, decorative ornament, or as a whisk broom in your kitchen.
The helve is wired with cotton and fabric stripes yarn in a striped pattern.

Colors.
Pale blue

Green

The cotton yarn is dyed by me and shifts a little bit in nuances.

Length 8"/20cm
Width the upside of brush 2,2"/5,5cm
Width the downside of brush5,6 "/14cm

My intention is to bring you something beautiful from the forest. Just put it somewhere for decoration or you can use it to brush crumbs for instance.
The whisk broom is dry when you got it.
Put the brush into water to make it more fluffy and see the moss “bloom out”. Tickle your nose
and breath in the forest flavor.
Slowly the moss turns more into brown.

Old days ago people made brushes of the hair cap moss and used them to brush ashes in the open fire or in the kitchen.

The brush can also be used as a wedding gift.
Jumping the broom is a phrase and custom relating to wedding ceremonies in different cultural traditions many cultures, include brooms at wedding rituals.
