FEATURED IN NORDSTROM STORES.... This sweet little moss ball is ready for adoption! He makes the perfect little pet... super quiet and easy to care for and you don't even have to feed him! Legend has it, he will bring you love, happiness and good luck. He's happy floating around in his little glass jar and loves to be petted. When he is in a super good mood he will produce little bubbles of oxygen. He would love to keep you company at work.
Japanese marimo moss balls are actually fresh water algae (Cladophora aegagropila). They are soft, fuzzy and super easy to care for. Size will vary, but will average around 1/2" in diameter. Only needs artificial or indirect light and a water change every 1-2 weeks. No direct sun or fertilizer. Marimo balls can live for several years.
*Includes one small Marimo ball, about 1/2" in diameter (the glass may magnify the size of the ball in the photos), one tiny glass jar -3.5" tall x 2" wide (your choice of ceramic lid color), sea fan, a small shell and your choice of glass pebbles.
*Comes as a easy kit. Just place the pebbles inside the vase, fill with water, and let the little guy go swimming:)
